At Tarp Buddy, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction with their performance. Thus, Tarp Buddy warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Tarp Buddy, LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser for its useful life against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered, repaired or uses not intended or directed for use of this product or acts of God. This warranty does not cover fading, discoloration, or brittleness caused by exposure to chemicals, sunlight or other weather conditions.
If this product fails to perform due to manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, Tarp Buddy will replace it with a new part of similar composition and price. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty is not transferable. Purchaser of the Tarp Buddy product is responsible for shipping the defective part to Tarp Buddy, LLC for inspection before a replacement is awarded.
This warranty is voided by non-recommended use, improper installation, or physical damage. In addition, Tarp Buddy, LLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the product that did not comply with this limited warranty.
WARNING: This product is designed for securing sheet-like material coverings.
This product is NOT designed for supporting loads.
Use extreme caution when using fastener especially when using with stretch cords.
Cord and/or fastener may dislodge under tension as well as material being fastened may rip or dislodge under tension, causing cord to recoil when cord is stretched. To avoid injury, wear protective eyewear when fastening stretch cords and keep all body parts away from cord and fastener rebound path.
